Request
Request addressed. leaving all written contact traces. This specifies the site or interconnection point requested, the necessary capacities, the nature of the operation and if possible the technical characteristics of the equipment to be installed.
Proposal
Following the request submitted by the client and upon agreement in principle from Direct Exchange LTD, the two parties agree on a date to carry out a joint mission to the site with a view to the feasibility study.
Installation
Equipments installation on the site in accordance with the parameters selected during the joint feasibility study.we informs the client of the end of the work and transmits all the elements of acceptance of the work.
Hand Over
qualification and validation process consists of verifying all the functionalities of the equipment. Validation is to ensure that the deployed versions and the resulting services meet customer expectations.
Maintenance
Once the customer’s infrastructure is built and delivered, they own their fiber optic network. In order to guarantee its proper functioning, we offer to carry out maintenance.
