Direct Exchange Ltd is a Private Limited Liability Company operating under the Laws of the Republic of Cameroon governing Private Limited Liability Companies particularly the Laws relating to the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Laws in Africa “OHADA” OR THE Uniform Act and its relevant provisions relating to Commercial Companies and Economic Interest Groups.
DIRECT EXCHANGE Ltd. owns and operates an optical fiber network in Cameroon. Through this network, we
– Provides high speed internet services,
– Provides interconnection for users with multiple facilities.
DIREX provides the following services
- High Speed Internet Access: Internet access connects individual computer terminals, computers, mobile devices, and computer networks to the Internet, enabling users to access Internet services, such as email and the World Wide Web. As an Internet service provider, DIREX with the aid of Wi-Fi modems, provides businesses and homes (individuals) access to High-speed internet through its optical fibre network for a monthly fee.
- Interconnection: This is the physical and logical linking of electronic communications network and equipment used by the same or a different undertaking in order to allow the users of one undertaking to communicate with users of the same or another undertaking, or to access services provided by another undertaking. DIREX charges her customers monthly per volume of data transmitted through her network.
- IT and telecommunications solutions: DIREX IT and Telecom engineers assess, diagnose and provide solution to customers at a fee commensurate to the man-hours involved.
